Betvoro (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. Please read and understand these Terms and Conditions in full before using the betvoro.im website and any associated mobile applications.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment number registered to your account.
• In cases of suspicious activity, Betvoro may place a hold on withdrawals and request additional verification.

Betvoro regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: For most bonuses, the bonus amount must be wagered 5 to 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being issued. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Odds Restrictions: When wagering with a bonus, the minimum odds must be 1.5 or higher.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per person.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Betvoro and are in effect across Sports Betting, casino, and e-sports:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except through the cashout feature.
• Live bets can be placed after an event has started; however, certain markets may close at specific points during a match.
• Betvoro reserves the right to set maximum win limits, which may vary depending on the event and market.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Betvoro reserves the right to void that bet.
• The cash-out feature may not be available in all markets or at all times.

If you discover a bug or error in the system, it is your responsibility to report it to support immediately. Attempting to exploit any such error for gain may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

In the event of a match or event cancellation, Betvoro follows the policy below:

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In accumulator bets, any cancelled match is counted with odds of 1.0, and the remaining selections are settled as normal.
• Once a match has started, the result is considered valid when a specified portion (generally 70% or more) of the match has been completed.
• For any dispute, please contact our support team in the first instance. If the matter remains unresolved, independent mediation may be pursued.

To raise a dispute, you must contact our support team within 72 hours of the event concluding. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betvoro platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Betting using money laundering proceeds or funds of illegal origin.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems or software.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Using another person's account or selling your account to a third party.
• Coordinated betting for bonus abuse (Bonus Abuse / Syndicate Betting).
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
